The user selects a modality (Full Plan or Lenses Only) and pays the monthly membership using the available payment gateway.
The user uploads their prescription (photo, PDF or manual input). The team validates the information and classifies the required lens type.
According to the prescription and lens type (single vision, high index, photochromic, progressive, etc.), personalized copays are assigned. These copays are only visible inside the Musiu Care User Panel.
Once the membership is active and the prescription has been uploaded, the user can access their Musiu Care Panel to see their plan, copays, orders and claims.
From the Panel, the user can report loss, theft, damage, scratches or prescription changes.
The system calculates the corresponding copay according to modality and lens type. The user pays the copay through the platform.
Once the copay is processed, your lenses and frames (if included in the plan) will be produced. The final product will be delivered to your home, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
For prescription changes, Musiu Care may coordinate a pick-up service: existing glasses are collected at the user's address, lenses are replaced and the finished product is delivered back to their home.
After activating your Musiu Care membership, you will receive a digital TERMS OF SERVICE document that details your benefits, copays, conditions, exclusions, and usage rules of the membership discount plan.
